How to Tag a Song on Facebook [iTsArticles]

Tagging is a feature on Facebook that allows you to identify and link to people, places, events and songs when you post a status on your account. When you tag a song in your status, the song will appear as a link. People who read your status can click on the link, which will take them to the Facebook page of the song you tagged. You must know the name of the song to tag it on Facebook.

Instructions:

1. Go to the Facebook home page and sign in to your account.

2. Click on the box at the top of the page under "Update Status."

3. Type the "@" symbol followed by the name of the song you want to tag. As you type, Facebook generates a list of matches below the status box. When you see the song in the list, left click on it.

4. Left click the "Post" box at the bottom right of the status box.

Tips & Warnings:

Do not type a space after the "@" symbol, but do place spaces between the words of the song.

You do not need to capitalize the names of songs.
